Are all your cookies vegan?

Yes all our cookies are vegan. No animal produce is used in the production process or the cookies themselves. This means all our cookies are dairy-free and don't contain any eggs.

Are your cookies suitable for people with allergens?

All our cookies are vegan, meaning they are dairy-free and don't contain eggs. However, we can't guarantee that our cookies are suitable for all allergy sufferers as they are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, and other known allergens may be present. 

Please note our cookies are not sutiable for allergy sufferers.

How should I store your cookies to maintain freshness?

To maintain optimal freshness, we recommend storing our cookies in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid exposing them to direct sunlight or extreme heat.

This will help to maintain their texture and taste for up to 10 days. Alternatively, you may freeze our cookies for up to 3 months to enjoy at a later time.

Can I freeze your cookies for later consumption?

Yes, our cookies can be frozen to extend their shelf life. Make sure to store them in an airtight container or freezer bag. When ready to enjoy, thaw them at room temperature or gently heat them in the oven for a freshly baked taste.

Why are you always sold out?

Our products will be marked as 'Sold Out' until we restock. We restock once a week, and the restock dates are always updated on our homepage. Once restocked, the boxes will be available for purchase until they sell out again. Be sure to check our homepage regularly for the most up-to-date information!

Are your cookies Halal?

Yes, some of our cookies are Halal. The vanilla extract we use is alcohol-free; however, some cookies containing extracts may include alcohol. We recommend checking our ingredients list when ordering from our weekly menu to ensure it meets your dietary preferences.

Can I request a personalised message or note with my order?

Absolutely! We can include a personalised message or note with your order. Simply let us know the details during the ordering process, and we'll make sure to include it with your package.

Can I visit your bakery to pick up my cookie order directly?

Currently, we offer convenient postal delivery for all our cookie orders. We do not offer direct pick-up from our bakery. Rest assured, we take great care in packaging and shipping your cookies to ensure they arrive fresh and delicious right at your doorstep.

DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to get dispatched?

We ship orders on WEDNESDAYS.

Please note that shipping estimates apply after your order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect the shipping timeframe based on the shipping method you have selected.

SHIPPING POLICY

My order hasn't arrived, what can i do?

Please note that delivery delays may occur with Royal Mail. While we strive to dispatch your items promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may happen during transit. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations. If your package has not yet arrived, we recommend allowing 7 working days after dispatch before contacting us. We will be more than happy to assist you and provide any necessary support regarding the status of your delivery.
